Anel Ismailović
From biologist to payroll specialist: how Anel found his calling at Kwaxx.
Anel Ismailović is a senior payroll specialist at Kwaxx. However, he is actually a biologist. After completing his studies, he was unable to find a job in his field in Bosnia and Herzegovina. That is why he wanted to move abroad. Then along came Kwaxx and changed everything. Thanks to his English and German skills, Anel started working in the back office without any payroll experience. Today, ten years later, he independently supports our clients and knows every payroll procedure inside and out. What does he like about Kwaxx? "The atmosphere is great. We learn from each other and it never gets boring." Anel especially appreciates the fact that he can stay in his hometown of Odžak and yet still work for an international company. "I am proud to be part of this team and proud of what we have built here." An opportunity turned into a career. And a lateral career change turned into a permanent position at Kwaxx.
Ivo Matkovic
Two decades in Switzerland. Today, Ivo contributes his experience to our clients' payroll accounting.
After twenty years in Switzerland, Ivo Matković returned to his native Bosnia and Herzegovina. Kwaxx offers him the perfect way to continue working for the Swiss market, just from a new location. Thanks to his extensive years of professional experience, Ivo is highly familiar with Switzerland's work culture, processes, and high quality standards. He contributes this expertise to every payroll client he works with today. What does he particularly like about his job? "The best thing is that at the end of the month, you can see what you have achieved." For Ivo, this combination of expertise, teamwork, and direct customer contact is what makes Kwaxx special. Jasmina Sulejmen
Digital processes are only as good as the people behind them. This makes many things easier, but it also makes it all the more important that there is a real person behind every process who is accessible and takes responsibility.
Jasmina Sulejmen is often the first point of contact at Kwaxx. As head of our back office, she ensures that our processes are well coordinated and that nothing gets stuck. She works with the team at our branch in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She says of the team: ‘Our team is reliable, committed and flexible. But what means the most to me is the human and supportive environment for everyone. Together, we overcome challenges, but we also celebrate successes.’

Neira Krainović Dubrić
From new colleague to internal trainer: Neira's journey at Kwaxx.
After graduating from high school, Neira Krainović Dubrić originally wanted to go abroad. Until the pandemic put an end to her plans. Instead, she looked for an alternative in her home country. Lucky for us! Five years later, she has become an integral part of the Kwaxx team. Neira started in the back office and successively assumed more responsibility. Today, she works as an internal trainer and supports new employees during their induction, from processes to quality standards. What does she particularly like about Kwaxx? "Right from the start, I had colleagues who supported me. Teamwork has become friendships. We overcome challenges together and laugh a lot along the way." Neira's journey reflects a fundamental attitude. One which our customers also experience: we are outsiders but are embedded in their HR processes, working collaboratively and with a shared sense of responsibility.
