We have digitalised payroll accounting and think in processes. That means: Our team of specialists works every day to make processes more efficient. Payroll is a complex topic that often takes a lot of time and requires a high level of expertise.
For this reason, we have made it our mission to support companies in relieving their HR burdens so that they have more resources available for other important tasks.
Broad expertise and years of experience
Our company was founded in 2012, originally under the name "CH-Outsourcing". We have been based in the Limmattower Dietikon since 2017 and employ over 40 people.
We are now called Kwaxx and are successfully managed by our two CEOs Roger Hirzel and Dejan Krasojevic. In addition to our Swiss office, some of our experts work from Bosnia-Herzegovina. With the help of our team's in-depth and broad expertise, we were able to develop our platform, which takes care of companies' payroll accounting - completely.
