ISO 9001 is the most widely used standard for quality management and is recognised worldwide. It defines the requirements for a quality management system and guarantees that it fulfils the expectations of all internal and external stakeholders - such as employees, customers, authorities, etc.
The audit report on the internal control system in accordance with ISAE 3402 Type 2 is prepared by an official auditor in accordance with the International Standard on Assurance Engagements. This audit focuses on ensuring that the risks relevant to the audit and their monitoring activities, including documentation, are adequately and properly covered. ISAE Type 2 additionally tests whether the controls were effective at all times during the entire audit period (functional test). Specifically, the definitions and implementation are assessed.
GoodPriv@cy is a guarantee mark that is only awarded for exemplary implementation of data protection and the associated information security. The audit by the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS) confirms a flawlessly functioning data protection management system - a prerequisite for the secure handling of personal data. And secondly, it is also necessary to ensure that the data protection and contractual principles are effectively fulfilled. As a certified seal of quality, it also guarantees outstanding information security.
The Abacus payroll accounting programme we use is continuously certified in accordance with the latest Swissdec legal guidelines.
If subsequent corrections due to revisions are made at the expense of the customer during calendar years that are continuously managed by Kwaxx and are based on calculation errors by Kwaxx, Kwaxx assumes responsibility and is liable for financial losses.
